    Interested in a seasonal touring pitch? We’ve made the process really simple.

    The cost for the full 2021 season is £2400, plus metered electricity. Part season prices:

    21 March – 27 May £599
    28 May – 10 July £749
    11 July – 31 August £1200

    To get you started, please firstly download the agreement using the button below. If you’re happy with it, please sign it, scan it in and attach it to the form on the left. Send it to us, along with all the details in the form and we’ll drop you an email to confirm everything is set up. We take payment by direct debit and you can pay monthly or annually.

    Please note that our season runs from the 1st March – 31st October inclusive. We generally turn all services on for the first Friday following March 1st.

    All direct debit payments are covered by the direct debit guarantee.

    SEASONAL TOURING FAQ’s

    Can I take my touring caravan away during the season?2020-04-26T10:23:23+00:00

    It’s no problem if you wish to take it somewhere during the season. Please e-mail us to give as much notice as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

    Do I need insurance?2020-04-26T10:22:50+00:00

    Yes, we ask that you provide a copy of your insurance policy with a minimum of £2,000,000 public liability coverage when you make your seasonal touring application.

    How do I pay my fees?2020-04-26T10:21:34+00:00

    Our seasonal touring fees are collected by direct debit. All you need to do is fill in the direct debit form to set up and your payment will be taken automatically.

    Can I bring my pets?2020-04-26T10:20:42+00:00

    We would love to welcome your furry friends to Brynrodyn! This is one of the key perks of having a seasonal touring plot with us. Please note that only owners’ dogs are permitted on-site and unfortunately this doesn’t extend to guests’ dogs.

    We ask that you take your awning down each time you leave your seasonal tourer.

    There are two different types of plots for our seasonal touring at Brynrodyn. Electric is billed per night of use on the large field, and metered plot on the smaller field.

    You can enjoy visiting your tourer from the start of our season in March until November

    Can my friends and family visit and use the park facilities?2020-04-26T10:17:29+00:00

    Certainly. We would love to welcome your friends and family to the park. All we ask is that you fill out a guest slip so that we can maintain both yours and the park’s safety.

    Not at all. One of the key features of having a seasonal tourer on our site is that you can enjoy unlimited holidays at your own leisure, without the hassle of planning in advance!

    We offer winter storage at the small cost of £100 per season.
