How do I pay my site fees?2020-04-26T09:31:54+00:00

We offer a range of different payment plans to suit you, and you can even spread the cost across the season with interest free repayments. We collect site fees by direct debit.

What months of the year can I use my holiday home?2020-04-26T09:29:38+00:00

You can enjoy visiting your holiday home between the start of March and the start of January. However, please note that we drain down and disconnect holiday homes in November in order to protect the infrastructure from the weather. Our facilities are open between March and November.

Can I live in my caravan?2020-04-26T09:38:08+00:00

This is a hot topic at the minute and the simple answer is no. Static holiday caravans are not built to residential standards, and more importantly, you won’t be afforded the protection of the mobile homes act. Our site license issued by the local authority also prohibits residential use.

How do I insure my holiday home?2022-05-25T09:58:15+00:00

We can arrange cover through our recommended insurance provider.

A new for old insurance policy is designed to provide you with a brand new holiday home in the event of a total loss. Alternatively, you could choose market value cover which in the event of a total loss is designed to settle based on the market value of the unit at the time of the loss taking into consideration wear and tear and depreciation.

Do I need a TV license for my caravan?2020-04-26T09:38:08+00:00

As long as you have a TV license registered at an address somewhere in the UK then you do not need another one registered at your holiday caravan.

Should I Always Buy New?2020-04-26T09:38:08+00:00

Many people will recommend that you buy a new static caravan as opposed to a used model.  This is because second-hand caravans may occasionally develop a few more problems that you may need to fix in the long run.  You will need to balance whether it is worth paying more for a new caravan upfront, or more over time to maintain an older caravan.

We would love to welcome your furry friends to Brynrodyn! This is one of the key perks of owning a holiday home with us. We even have a dog walking field! Please note that only owners’ dogs are permitted on-site and unfortunately this doesn’t extend to guests’ dogs.

What about park rules?2020-04-26T09:38:08+00:00

We try and make our park an enjoyable place for everyone who owns a holiday home with us or visits. As such when you buy a holiday home, we’ll ask you to read and sign a licensing agreement and some site rules. The agreements are in writing and easy to understand. We’ve found in the past that a mutual understanding between ourselves and our owners has always maintained a positive and enjoyable environment on our parks.

Do you have an age limit for holiday homes to remain on your park?2020-04-26T09:31:25+00:00

We don’t operate a specific age limit for holiday homes on Brynrodyn. So long as it is safe and in good working order, it is welcome on our site.
